Shipping
Vitalita.pt ships orders from Portugal to Portugal and various European Union countries through CTT or selected courier partners.
All orders are prepared with maximum discretion and shipped in neutral packaging, without any indication of the contents or nature of the purchased products.
Recipient information is used exclusively for transportation and delivery purposes.
Orders are usually dispatched within 1 business day after payment confirmation and stock availability.
Vitalita.pt operates exclusively through distance selling.
Delivery Times
- Mainland Portugal: usually between 1 and 3 business days;
- Madeira and Azores: usually between 3 and 7 business days;
- Spain: usually between 2 and 5 business days;
- France: usually between 3 and 7 business days;
- Other European Union countries: usually between 3 and 10 business days.
The delivery times indicated are estimates only and may vary depending on the carrier, destination, peak periods, customs procedures or other circumstances beyond the control of Vitalita.pt.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated automatically during the checkout process and displayed before the order is confirmed.
Right of Withdrawal
Under applicable legislation, consumers have the right to withdraw from distance purchases within 14 days.
To exercise this right, customers must first contact Vitalita.pt via geral@vitalita.pt.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases of shipping errors or defective products.
Products Not Eligible for Return
For health protection and hygiene reasons, returns are not accepted for:
- Food supplements with opened or damaged packaging;
- Lubricants with opened or damaged packaging;
- Intimate gels with opened or damaged packaging;
- Intimate cosmetic products with opened or damaged packaging;
- Other sealed products whose packaging has been opened after delivery.
These limitations do not affect the consumer's legal rights in the event of defective or non-conforming products.
Damaged or Incorrect Products
If you receive a product damaged during transport or different from the one ordered, you should contact Vitalita.pt as soon as possible and preferably within 48 hours of receiving the order.
For faster resolution, we recommend sending photographs of both the packaging and the product received.
